We accept return requests submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery. The 15-day period is for submitting your request, not for the international return to arrive in China.
1. Contact us before returning
Email jesuislydia@outlook.com with your order number, name and checkout email, the item, your reason, and photographs if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Wait for our confirmation, return reference, and instructions before shipping.
2. Check the item's condition
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, undamaged, and include original accessories and packaging. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, keep the packaging and contact us promptly before using or returning it. Send photographs of the item, shipping label, and any packaging damage. We will arrange an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping where a return is required because of our error or a confirmed defect.
3. Pack securely
Use protective packaging suitable for international transport. Wrap fragile parts separately and prevent movement in the box. Include your order number, name, and return reference. Remove or cover old labels. After approval, dispatch promptly and keep proof of shipment.

5. Arrange shipping and customs paperwork
For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping and applicable return-related customs charges. Returns go to China; obtain an international shipping quote before proceeding. Use tracking and retain the receipt. Consider transit insurance for higher-value items.
Describe the contents accurately. Identify them as returned merchandise where permitted, declare the correct value, and follow the carrier's customs instructions. Do not declare the parcel as a gift or use an artificially low value.
6. Send tracking information
Email your order number, carrier, and tracking number to jesuislydia@outlook.com. Contact us if tracking indicates a problem.
7. Inspection and refund
After delivery, we will inspect the item and email the outcome. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to show the credit. Change-of-mind return shipping is not reimbursed. We will explain any proposed deduction and its basis before finalizing a refund. Our free-shipping and tax-inclusive offer does not create an undisclosed shipping or tax deduction.
If a returned item is incomplete, used, or damaged, we will discuss the findings before proceeding. This does not apply to damage or defects reported in the original request.
