15-day return requests
Contact jesuislydia@outlook.com within 15 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number, the item, and the reason. Please wait for confirmation and return instructions before shipping. The 15-day period is the deadline to request a return, not a requirement for an international parcel to arrive in China within that period.
Change-of-mind returns
Items must be unused, undamaged, and include their original accessories and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and applicable return-related customs charges. Returns are sent to China, so please obtain an international shipping quote before proceeding. Return shipping and charges paid directly to a carrier or customs authority are not reimbursed for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item, shipping label, and packaging. Keep the packaging. We will arrange an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping where a return is required because of our error or a confirmed defect.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. We will explain any proposed deduction and its basis before finalizing the refund. Our original free-shipping and tax-inclusive offer does not create an undisclosed shipping or tax deduction.
If a return is incomplete, used, or damaged, we will discuss the inspection findings with you before deciding how to proceed. This does not apply to the damage or defect reported in your original request.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Orders already dispatched may need to follow the return process.
