Destinations and fulfillment
We ship to destinations enabled at checkout. Orders are fulfilled through our supply and logistics partners and may ship from China.
Processing and transit
- Order processing: approximately 3–5 days.
- Transit after dispatch: approximately 7–15 days, depending on the product and shipping service used.
Processing and transit are separate. The combined estimate is approximately 10–20 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, holidays, weather, and carrier disruptions may affect timing. Any different estimate stated for a specific product will be shown before purchase.
Shipping charges, duties, and taxes
Orders include standard shipping and applicable import duties and taxes. You should not be asked to pay an additional import charge for the included delivery service. If a carrier requests such a payment, contact jesuislydia@outlook.com with the notice so we can investigate before you pay.
Tracking and separate parcels
We will email tracking information when available. Items in the same order may ship separately.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check your address before ordering. Contact us promptly for corrections; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly marked delivered, email us with your order and tracking information so we can investigate with the carrier.
Dispatch delays
If we cannot dispatch within the stated timeframe, we will notify you of the revised estimate and explain your options to agree to a delay or cancel for a refund of the unshipped merchandise, in accordance with applicable law.
